About occupants
Hey there!

I'm Ayushi, 29, and a PhD student at Monash University (Clayton campus) as part of the IITB-Monash Joint Program. I am moving out of the property on the 29th of July after spending 12 months here.

Currently the property is shared by two people- Alvin Jacob (Masters student at Monash University) and Vikrant (PhD scholar at Monash University). Since both of them are students we are looking for someone who likes quite clean places.

On weekdays, they prefer quiet evenings to recharge, but they are always up for exploring the city and doing a bit of sightseeing or fun outings on the weekends!

Looking forward to meet someone lovely!
Compatible people
We are looking for an occupant who is quiet and a PhD /Master's student (preferably). Since occupants both are students we will appreciate someone who is responsible with his/her/they flatmate duties like keeping the common area clean, taking out the kitchen trash as per his/her/they turn.
