I usually spend my evenings in my room, so the living room is all yours to use and enjoy. Seriously, don’t be shy—make yourself at home in the shared spaces, whether it’s chilling on the couch or hanging out on the balcony. The apartment is set up to give you a comfy retreat for rest, while still having plenty of space to relax and unwind.

Description of the home
Looking for a room in North Melbourne? My place might be just what you’re after! It’s only 100m from Flemington Bridge train station and super close to trams 57 and 59, so you can be in the CBD in just 10 minutes by tram or three quick train stops. Plus, Brunswick’s just a short ride away, with all its awesome bars, cafes, and shops.
The location is super convenient—IGA is a 5-minute walk, Woolworths is 10 minutes away, and there are gyms just around the corner if you’re into fitness. If you drive, I’ve got access to two secure car parks that you can use.
One of my favorite things about the apartment is the balcony with amazing city views. It’s a great spot to relax, whether you’re soaking up the sun during the day or enjoying the city lights at night.
Inside, the bathroom has a modern touch with a double shower and toilet, and the apartment itself is really comfy. If you love cooking, you’ll be happy to know I’ve got plenty of kitchen gadgets, and I’m more than happy to share. For entertainment, there’s a 65” TV, a PS5 for gaming nights, and even a record player if you’re into vinyl.

I like to think I’m easy to bond with, but I also respect personal space and can give you as much space as you need to feel comfortable.
Not here for hookups so please keep it respectful.
I work from home during office hours, so the ideal flatmate would have a job with similar business hours to keep things balanced. I’ll be prioritizing someone who can stay for at least six months.
I’m only looking for one flatmate—sorry, no couples.
International students and working professionals are welcome, and age is no barrier—whether you're younger or more mature, as long as you're a good fit, that’s what matters!
