The house is in quiet neighbourhood and close to public transport. The 59 tram is a 7-minute walk and will take you to the city (about 35 or so minutes) or the Essendon train station (about 10 minutes) where you can catch a train on the Craigieburn line to the city or towards Craigieburn.
The house itself is two storeys, all bedrooms are upstairs as is a spacious bathroom with a lockable door. Downstairs hosts two large lounge rooms, another bathroom, large open plan kitchen with dishwasher and dining area and a laundry with washing machine. There is a garage but this is used to store stuff (including a functioning clothes dryer) so if you have a few things you need to bring and store we have some room.
Unlimited internet is included in your rent.
There is a backyard with covered patio.
We are social but we aren’t a party house. We each cook our own meals despite being crappy cooks.
We are looking for someone who is working or who can pay their share of the bills on time, everytime. We aren’t looking for anyone with pets, sorry, as sometimes we look after two gorgeous, friendly, cats, Bella (aka Pood) and Vegas (aka Boof) when their owner is away on holiday.
