Our lovely home is nice and modern, the bedroom is the perfect size and can come fully furnished (will add a price for bedroom furniture if wanted). There is plenty of on street parking (no permit needed) and there is also a garage out the back where your car could go. The house has an open plan lounge and kitchen & a massive backyard with a shed for extra storage. The house has AC in the lounge and central heating throughout the home. The neighbors are quiet and the house is located next to Newport Lakes which is a great place for a nice walk. Two dogs also live here (Faolan has a dog and James has a dog). You would be sharing a bathroom with James (Faolan has his own bathroom), both housemates and dogs are lovely. You would need to go on the lease and the bond is $1006.66

About the occupants
You would be sharing with Faolan (34yo) and James (27yo). Faolan works as a chef in the city and his hours change each week, if he gets home late I don't hear him as he makes sure he's quiet. James is studying at Melbourne University and is home most of the time keeping to himself doing studying or hanging out in the lounge. Faolan has a dog called Oscar who is a beautiful gentle giant and James has dog called Flora who is a tiny cavalier who loves giving affection. Everyone is friendly and enjoys each others company.
