I’ve lived in this house since just before covid so the rent has not increased too much. We have a comfortable and peaceful haven with our dogs Goofy, a 6 y/o ex race dog who is more like a cat and Lady Bear, a 2 year old rambunctious lazy gal. Lady will only bark if needing to alert us and goofy is exactly as his name suggests and quiet as a mouse.
I love the street and the overall location, close to Waverly gardens shopping centre. Kmart (😍) at M city and Brandon park are probably an equal drive away and 2 local cafe’s within walking distance with amazing coffee and breakfast.
PLUS there is a bus stop right outside that links to Monash University.
1 male lives in the master bedroom with ensuite. 2 females use the main bathroom that is used by visitors if ever they visit. The living room is usually free to utilise, though of course the kitchen and dining room is a shared space.
Together the 3 of us have lived together for over a year and decided it was time to welcome some one in.
Lots of space in the front and back garden (that needs maintaining), a drive way that fits 3 cars snuggly for parking and a huge garage to be utilised.
Internet connected though not included in the rent and security cameras installed
We have set up the garage as another communal space with TV for sports and gas heater in the winter

36 year old male living in the master bedroom works in construction leaving early in the morning but also early to bed. Loves a drink on the weekend and always up for a chin wag and a fire pit or a fishing trip.
30 something year old female living in the middle bedroom working in dog handling, can usually be found in the garage or listening to green day with Goofy.
We like a clean house though understanding life happens. I am guilty of leaving a mess from time to time if I’m in a rush.
The garden here is pretty big and I do my best to stay on top of it but an extra pair of hands would be ideal!
Please no indoor cats, I can’t handle the kitty litter.
Our house is a home more than anything.
We would love to share with someone who has similar ideals, just millennials trying our best to live a happy life and keep a roof over our heads in this cost of living crisis xx
Rhodesian Ridgebacks are known to never bark, I’ve only heard her really bark if she suspects and intruder which really makes me feel safe
Our other dog Goofy is an ex race Greyhound. He is the dog version of a cat, NEVER barks or growls, mostly just wants to sleep on his bed and be left alone but is a loving boy when engaged
