Although the house has five bedrooms, only two other rooms are going to be rented out.

Basically three people in a five bedroom house. Read - plenty of space and privacy.

Two rooms are intentionally kept unoccupied:
- One room is a dedicated guest room for short stays (1–2 nights; longer stays by agreement)
- One room is permanently not tenanted

This creates a spacious, quiet and harmonious home, with plenty of privacy and minimal overlap in daily routines.

Shared areas are fully furnished, including a fridge (larger one to be added), dishwasher, comfortable lounges, 65” TV, dining table with six chairs, and laundry with washing machine and condenser dryer.

The home is close to local shops, supermarkets, cafés, and everyday essentials, with three nearby mini shopping centres and multiple gyms. Public transport is easily accessible, and Mernda Train Station is about a 10-minute drive away.

There are parks and walking trails nearby for those who enjoy getting outdoors. The street is quiet, with friendly (but not nosey) neighbours and plenty of street parking available.
