It is quite a nice apartment, high level with great view in each room, the building come with a public pool and gym that is free. It is a 5 min walk to Coles and the sourthern cross station, and 10 min walk to Mel central. Apartment is fully furnished however you would need to purchase your own sheets and blankets. You would have to share the bathroom with another male roommate.
