Hi everyone! Im looking for someone to move into this FULLY FURNISHED modern property ASAP (FEMALES preferably ) in about a month’s time (July 2025). This will be a lease transfer as my flat mate is moving out by the 25th of July 2025, so I am looking for someone to replace her.
The location is second to none. Its a super central area in the CBD- situated within the free tram zone and with a tram stop closeby and a gateway to Southern Cross station and the Skybus to Melbourne and Avalon airports are less than 100m walk. Also close to Southbank, Docklands, Bourke st, Queen/King st, COLES, Woolies, Spencer st outlet mall, restaurants, cafes, wine rooms (one opposite the building), bars, shops, workout hubs (several pilates places), Flagstaff Gardens, Marvel Stadium, Yarra River and what not!!!
•Building facilities are a fully equipped with a gymnasium, lap pool, tennis court, fabulous outdoor BBQ garden terrace to host any gatherings. Facilities are included in the rent. Comes with a car space as well (included).
• Rent is $4323 per calendar month in total. Rent will be split in half so will come down to $2,161.5 per person per month. Bills are not included but are only billed after 2-3 months (electricity, water, hot water). All bills are split in half and bills depend on usage but come down to around $80-$160. Wifi is only billed every month about $60 p/m. Also split in half.

My name is Iman and I am 27 years old. I am currently studying a qualifying Master of Social Work at RMIT. Prior to this, I have graduated from UniMelb with a Bachelor in Psychology and English Lit. I have worked with children in child care services for about 2 years.
I am an outgoing and sociable person, though I obviously prefer my own space as any one does. I like to explore places/ going to food festivals, pop ups, theatre, music events, fashion and art exhibitions at galleries, eating at restaurants and exploring different cuisines, going over the weekend or somewhere with fun vibes for a nice dinner or any where for a fun activity! I like to dedicate a good amount of time to wellness/mindfulness as well by going to the gym and Aerial Yoga/Pilates. I am also a passionate dancer and have been training at a belly dance studio for a few years! I enjoy quite a bit of cooking at home too and binge watching shows.
I’ve been living in Melbourne since the last 6+ years and in this apartment for 3 years now. I would like to live with someone who is kind-hearted, particular about cleanliness and good natured, respectful + non-judgemental, have good communication skills and importantly someone who I can also have a friendly relationship with other than just being flat mates. Ideally it's always good to do some flat mate hangouts and activities every now and then :)
