Other information
THIS IS A SHAREHOUSE:)
The Master bedroom / private bathroom ensuite is available for rent. Has a wicked view of the city. Built in closet. Great for international students needing quiet environments. It's unfurnished, but I believe my housemates are selling their mattress for $100.

Home Description

Description of the home

Apartment is fully furnished (but we do not have a tv). Living area and balcony are full of houseplants which I take care of. We have a dryer/washer in the apartment which is very convenient. The apartment is quite big for being in the city which is nice. Double glazed windows allow us to regulate the temperature without blowing tremendous amounts of money on utilities.

Building has gym/pool/outdoor bbq area downstairs. The building has a 24 hour concierge / elevators/bike rack and we are lucky to have a great property manager and a kind landlord. Currently on a rolling month to month lease which makes it easy. I'm looking for someone to be on the lease with me.

Rent: $420 per week($1825 per month) excluding bills.

bond: $1,920

Move in: Mid- May 2024

location: 50 meters from Coles and Spencer Street Outlets and only a 10 minute walk to one of the largest and most central train stations - Southern Cross Station - in the Melbourne CBD. Southern Cross is also where the airport buses depart/arrive making this location perfect for those who fly often or for those working in the city/off a direct train line. The famous Queen Victoria Market (which I believe is a heritage site now?) is only a 15 minute walk in the other direction where you can grab farm fresh food; they also hold summer night dinners on Wednesdays.

About the occupants
Fresh graduate ! Completed my JD at Monash last month and still recovering physically, mentally and emotionally.. Taking it easy for the time being, living the quiet life and working casually. I'm very easy going, clean, like to socialize/banter, and usually up for a drink or an adventure. Kevin the bunny also inhabits the living quarters. He is cheeky, yet sweet; a bit of a micromanager - in a good way. He was adopted from the rabbit sanctuary last year because he was too special to let go of. His area is sectioned off and cleaned weekly.
Compatible people
Singles - couples - LGBTQ+ - literally anyone is welcome. The only thing I ask is that if a problem comes up, to come to me immediately and communicate it respectfully. I’m a problem solver, super flexible and happy to accomodate. Keen to keep the dojo of peace vibe going in this flat:)
