We are on level 36 with a beautiful balcony that oversees the city. The skyline at night is just *chef's kiss* 💯. There is also air conditioning/heaters in the living room. Located on level 10 is the resident's lounge, gym, swimming pool, sauna room, yoga room, cinema, cafe, BBQ area etc. The building has a concierge that is available at your service 24/7 via face-to-face or phone/chat. The staff are super friendly and would do their best to accommodate your needs.

Although we do not have a designated parking space, there are plenty of roadside parking options right outside the apartment, a multi-level carpark (Secure parking) across the street with affordable parking, and parking lots in the apartment that you can rent from others.

As mentioned, Rigyen and I are extremely minimalistic and only take 2 of the multiple drawers in the living room, so you will have PLENTY of storage space in the unit that you can use. If that is not enough, we have a relatively unoccupied storage cage that you can use on level 5U. I am subscribed to Netflix and Disney+ and you are free to watch TV in the living room on any of the available channels (you don't need to pay subscription). We also have a PS4 where Rigyen likes to play Fifa and NBA on whenever he waits for me to cook our meals😂

The apartment is fully equipped with everything you’ll need so you can essentially just pack your clothes and move in!✨
