The room is a generous queen-sized bedroom that features a large built in robe and natural light. The room also features its own private balcony and you will also have your own seperate bathroom.

Rent is $215 a week and all other bills will be split evenly between us. The bond is $1350 payable to me, I will cover the cost of the lease transfer and at the end of the lease you will have your bond returned to you by the realestate company (micm) you’ll need to sign on to the lease (till 12th of February).
