Looking for considerate housemate to share a lovely, light-filled apartment in Maribyrnong.
I’m a respectful, independent, and easygoing female in the 45+ age bracket who enjoys a calm home environment. I work part-time and spend time outside the home with friends, with a community group, or in quiet activities like meditation and yoga. i like to keep fit and healthy and value kindness, open communication, and a tidy shared space.

Looking for:
* Someone clean, reliable, and good at communicating
* Preferably working or studying, with a stable routine
* Ideally someone who enjoys a peaceful and respectful household
* Women preferred, and age range roughly 35+
* Sorry, no couples or pets.

My amazing housemate who is from the Philippines (and in her mid 20's) is moving out to live with her partner. Otherwise we have enjoyed a peaceful, drama free sharing arrangement. As we both work in customer service and need down time we have coordinated the kitchen and downstairs area so that only one person (and/or their guests) use it at a time. It works incredibly well and has resulted in a very happy, stress free living arrangement. The culture of the house would suit someone

A tram stop is a few meters from the apartment and Highpoint shopping centre is a five minute walk down the road.

Bills and expenses

Shared bills are electricity and water. Wireless internet is available and is arranged individually. Each person buys their preferred cleaning products and food. There is the occasional shared house expense (lightbulbs etc). Everyone contributes to keeping things clean whilst still feeling cosy and lived in.
