One room available in a brand new 4 bedroom share house located in Maidstone, just off Ballarat rd. Easy access to the city and western suburbs via Ballarat rd. Bus stop located right across the road which takes 10 minutes to Footscray station. Train from Footscray to the city is only two stops.
5 minute drive to High Point Shopping Centre, Braybrook Coles, and many other amenities including gym, restaurant, aquatic centres, parks etc.

About the occupants
You will be living with two housemates.
1. Theo ( male-he/him) (queer) 31 year old working professional who’s also studying his final year of a post grad law degree. A friendly and social person who enjoys getting out of the house and doing activities. Will be working from home half the time. I am very respectful, clean, tidy, open minded, outgoing but also equally need and enjoy my own private down time. Up for a chat now and then and also open to sharing a meal here and there. Enjoy keeping active whether it be going for walks around the river, playing netball or working out in the gym. Occasionally have friends over but not very often so it's not a party house.
2. Miriama (female- she/her) - 27 year old full time law student who also works part time. Both quiet and sociable who enjoys reading, watching tv shows and movies, gym, restaurants. Likes to be in bed early and enjoys a clean a tidy house.
We’re both good friends who study law together and have been living together for over 3 years. Although we can be social, outgoing and enjoy a bevy or two, we’re also quite motivated and ambitious so know how to knuckle down, especially during semester. Enjoy a drink or two but this is not a party house. We like to be low key during the week and stick to a routine.
