Description of the home
The apartment has fantastic views over the Flemington racecourse and Maribyrnong river from the lounge area. I've been living in the apartment since it was newly built in 2019.
It's an open plan kitchen/living area, with the bedroom you will be occupying just near the front door. We will be sharing a bathroom, but there is a 2nd toilet that is separate which is great.
The apartment is fully furnished.
It is a 10 minute walk to south kensington train station or a 25 minute walk to Footscray train station and you can drive into the city within 10 minutes. Bike paths, parks and the river is at our doorstep.

I'm an easy going and relaxed person, try not to stress about the small things. It's nice coming home and it being a comfortable place to relax. I work typically from 8 to 5, so it's certainly not a party house. Important to respect the neighbours, its a nice community vibe at this apartment complex.
Enjoy watching sport, either on tv or in person. Fan of being at home, as well as heading out to catch up with friends. Enjoy playing social sport a couple of nights per week and try to go on a hike once every couple of weekends. I've completed a bit of traveling in my time and love sharing stories with fellow people who are passionate about it.
