Hey! Just picked up the keys to a spacious two-bedroom townhouse in a great spot in Kensington, 9 min walk to south Kensington station and 12 mins to cafes and shops near Kensington station.
The house is slowly being furnished - I have most of the basics covered fridge, washing machine, some lounge kitchen items but decking it out further this week and updating pictures as I do, but if you come with furniture that can definitely be accommodated.
The house:
Two story, two-bedroom town house with a balcony, 1.5 bathrooms, garage two living spaces, separate laundry and a courtyard. I’m considering turning the garage into a small art studio so if you’re an artist or designer and want to contribute to that space then that could be a great fit but not essential
The Room:
The room has a built-in robe and can easily fit a queen bed + drawers. No allocated parking, but plenty of free street parking around!

I’m Rachel I’m in my early 30s and I work full time in lighting manufacturing. When I’m not making fancy lights I like to catch up with friends over a coffee or beer, heading out on a hike or tinkering with design related things.
