We have a large private room with a full ensuite shower and toilet, and walk-in wardrobe for rent in Reservoir. This room is large enough to comfortably accommodate up to 3 people with an additional bed, which I will supply if needed. It is situated within a 5 bedroom shared house, ideally located near RMIT, Austin and Mercy hospital and within walking distance to La Trobe (Bundoora Campus), local high street shops and Northland Shopping Centre. Also, great transport links into the Central Business District (CBD).

Conditions:
• Long term stays preferred - minimum stay: 6 months
• No smoking within the house - to be tidy and respectful of others
• Visitors are allowed inside the house, but no overnight stay
• 2 weeks rent in advance, plus 2 weeks rent for deposit
• Minimum of 28 Days’ notice period if you intend to vacate
• Suitable for a business professionals or students (domestic and international).
