Description of the home
The home is a large, warm fully funrished freestanding home, beautifully decorated with landscaped gardens. There's plenty of space so we won't ever be in each other's hair, there's even a secondary lounge room if you need some alone time. There are two bedrooms to choose from, one with an ensuite, one without, either way, you also have another bathroom with a bath that is all yours. There is the option for you to pay a little extra if you'd like to take both rooms, maybe use one as a home office.
Close to many hospitals if you happen to work at one in the area, close to Heidelberg village, close to walking tracks. Near the Polytec
There is also a 14yr old beagle and a fat cat, both super chill, down for pats.
If you want both rooms I'd do a deal for both.

Bills and expenses
Divide bills equally between the two of us. Power is roughly $150 total, internet $85, gas $120ish so you'd be looking at roughly $350ish a month. I do my own cleaning, but can discuss a cleaner.
