I’m moving out with my partner so a room is opening up in our queer friendly 3 bedroom house that is super close to Swinburne!

🚋 The Location + PTV 🚋
The house is a 6min walk to Swinburne, Glenferrie Station and has access to the 16, 70 and 75 trams. You have the choice between both a Woolies and a Coles that are both within walking distance, as well as great coffee, restaurants and Lido cinema (Glenferrie Road perks).

Flagging there will be a lease transfer fee!

The room is unfurnished except for a wardrobe. The room is on the smaller side but currently fits a double bed, small desk, two shelves and there is storage space available in the study. Probably not suitable for a couple.

- Backyard has heaps of space to plant veggies and a Hills Hoist for your washing.
- We’ve got permits for on street parking and a secured car space out the back.
- Shared spaces include a living area, kitchen, bathroom, patio and study that we use for storage.
- Our house is queer and 420 friendly.
- Sadly our house is wheelchair inaccessible due to stairs both inside and outside.

We're looking for someone who wants a long term living arrangement and is happy to be on the lease. Tidy, chill and friendly is the vibe.
