Fully Furnished House in Glen Waverley | $280/week, great spot close to Monash University
Cozy two-bedroom house on Glen Waverley, Norfolk Street, looking for a friendly flatmate ( someone with proof of monthly income, PhD student is preferred). The place is warm, clean, and well-organised, with a shared bathroom and a really relaxed vibe. The room itself is quite spacious, perfect for making it your own.
Located close to Monash University, it’s an ideal spot for students — especially with such a fair and affordable rent for the area. I’m a PhD student at Monash and usually spend most of my time at uni, so the place is often quiet and peaceful.
The house also features a big yard and a lovely porch, perfect for relaxing. Everything is already set up — you’d just need a bed (which can also be arranged if needed). Move-in is in about a month, so you’ll have plenty of time to get organised.

A PhD student at Monash University, pretty easygoing and friendly. I enjoy a good balance between work and life — you’ll usually find me listening to music, cooking something nice, or heading out to explore new places. I like being social, meeting new people, and having a bit of fun, whether that’s a chill night in or going out for drinks every now and then.
I’m respectful, tidy, and easy to live with, and I appreciate a positive, relaxed home environment. Always up for a chat, but also mindful of personal space 😊
