The house is fully furnished but you are more than welcome to bring your own belongings and use the common spaces as you please.
Glen huntly train station, the 67 tram line, Woolworths, plenty of other shops and parks are all within walking distance (under 10 minutes) of the house. It’s a really convenient location if you don’t have a car, however there is free on street parking readily available should it be required.

Tom is Kiwi builder in his twenties who works full time (generally leaves early in the morning and gets home early). A friendly and easygoing dude to live with.

Shiv (myself) is a South African engineer in her twenties. I also work full time and will generally WFH once per week. I enjoy my own company most of the time but happy to have a chat in the communal areas.
Compatible people
We are ideally looking for someone who is in their 20s, is easy going and respectful, has share house experience and is willing to contribute to shared household responsibilities. The lease is one year long so we would prefer someone who is looking to stay long term. Unfortunately we can’t accept couples, pets or smokers.
