House is in a quiet court with good security, 3 minute walk to Towerhill shops , Maccas etc, 5 minute drive to Frankston Hospital and University, bus stop at the end of the road, secure rear gardens.
Established comfortable home that I keep clean and tidy , but not a clean freak.
I do all the gardens and lawns and keep them nice.

No hard drug users.

House is fully furnished,
Rent paid weekly in advance. 2 weeks bond required also.
I’m not here most weekends so someone I can trust.
