Description of the home

Quiet, well furnished, proximity to parks, shops, transport.

The house has many text books (mostly university level physics, engineering and science), wireless internet, and heating. The kitchen is a shared place, large fridge/freezer, garage, workshop, and two sheds. Plus a back yard and a front yard. There's a lemon tree, a plum tree and a pear tree in the back yard. The front yard has several ornamental trees and there is room for 3 cars in the driveway. Bus stop is 5 minutes away, train station is ~ 10 minutes by bus, and shops, swimming pool and footy ovals, nature reserve is within 15 minutes to half an hour depending on what you need.

This home is about 1 to 2 hrs away from the two big universities (by car), but some of their satellite campuses are closer.

A bit of work remains in the garden, trimming trees, building a pizza oven, etc, and I will slowly get those done with as little interference or noise to you.

This is actually a three bedroom home but second bedroom is my room, and third bedroom is this one for rent. Room is ideal for a single adult, however two related adults can also fit in the double bed and of course apply.

Space heating, oil heaters and electric heaters throughout house.

Note that first bedroom is advertised on airBNB, however it is slightly bigger, again fully furnished, all costs (except food and drinks) paid for by the rent (as above), contains a queen size bed, and is available for $400 a week for single, $700 a week for two people. It is also often booked out but make inquiries if interested.

Note 2: I also have a couch in the living room that will open up to a double bed for guests or visitors. Yes, I have the sheets, pillows, douna etc.
