Sublet available from June 29 to end of September in our lovely Footscray home ✨

Ideal location in upcoming Footscray. Just off Barkly Street, about a 10-minute walk to central Footscray and 20 minutes by bus or train to Melbourne CBD. Kmart, Coles and IGA within a 10 min walk.

We’re an all-female household and value a respectful, friendly, and environmentally conscious vibe. Think: no dishes in the sink, composting, eco cleaning products, and the occasional chat as we go about our busy lives.

🏡 The room:
The room is in the cutest house in Footscray—fully furnished (as seen in the pics), with built-in bookshelves, a big window looking onto greenery, and lots of natural light. You’ll share a charming bathroom with just one other person. There’s plenty of street parking and a shared driveway if you have a car.

🌞 You:
We’re looking for someone 22+, working or busy, respectful of people’s spaces and moods, and clean in shared areas. We love a friendly chat, but we’re also pretty independent and lead full lives. We’re a pet-free and smoke-free all female household.

Bills and expenses

💸 Rent is $220 a week, including internet, gas, electricity, and water. A one-month bond will be held and returned at the end of your stay, as long as everything is left in good condition and bills are in line.
