I’m 24, originally from Slovenia and currently working as a tradie. Outside work, I’m focused on personal growth and building my entrepreneurial journey. I’m active, calm, respectful, clean, and keep the space tidy. You’ll be sharing the apartment only with me – no other flatmates.

I’m looking for someone who’s also clean, independent, and easy to live with. Ideal if you’re on a working holiday visa, an international student, or a young professional. If we happen to share some interests – great! But most importantly, you value a calm, clean and comfortable home.

The room is available from NOW to 13th August, with an option to return in mid-September.

Rent is $1300/month (all expenses included). Payment is due on the day you move in.

🔐 A bond of two weeks’ rent is required and will be returned at the end of your stay if the room is left in the same condition as when you moved in.
