This is a large residence with just me in it at the moment. The layout is flexible and there is one enclosed bedroom available.
The rest of the place is all open and spacious. Trams and supermarkets very close. Lovely part of Fitzroy. While it's often busy during the day, it's surprisingly quiet at night. Fridge and washing machine only two weeks old; dishwasher is 6 months old.
