Home Description

Description of the home

Built in 2020, this apartment has all the creature comforts including an excellent dishwasher and washing machine, open kitchen/living area, and balcony with phenomenal views towards the city. I can honestly say anyone who has ever come to see this place (friends, family, prospective flatmates) have been blown away by how nice it is. I fully expect to never live somewhere this nice again.

Number 96 and number 11 tramlines are on either side of the apartment and, being in Fitzroy, it is obviously surrounded by some iconic bars and restaurants. There are also four gyms that are almost next door (one on either side, one out the back, and one across the road).

First few pictures are the agent's (hence why they are better quality but do not have any furniture) and the rest are of the apartment as it currently is.

NB: if you need a carpark, there are usually occupants in the building renting out their carparks in the building for $50 a week, but that rate may have changed since I last checked (I can ask again if that is a gamechanger for you).

About the occupants
Author of this ad is sadly moving back to New Zealand, leaving Devin in need of two flatmates.

Devin is a witty South African lad who has been in Melbourne for 4 years and lived in Brisbane for 4 years before that. He loves watching the rugby, computer games which involve town planning, attending weekly pub quizzes, and riding bicycles and climbing.
Compatible people
Other flatmates who are keen to hang out every now and again - and ideally ones who want flatmates they can call friends. Clean and tidy would be nice too so that we can keep this place looking like a home!
