Ferntree Gully

Hi everyone, I am looking to share my lovely cosy home in Ferntree Gully, with one other person. Female only. I have one large bedroom available with large built in wardrobe, it is the master bedroom 4m by 3.8m

I am a female in my late thirties who works in local government in customer service.
I am clean and house proud and enjoy keeping things nice. I am looking for somebody like minded who is motivated to share the cleaning.
I’m easy going and happy as long as I don’t feel like I’m doing everything myself.

I like to socialise, Netflix binge in my down time, or enjoy a relaxing glass of wine or a beer and I am looking for somebody who is open to becoming friends, and not just somebody who keeps to themselves in their room with no interaction.
I like a chat and a laugh and I love to make people laugh.

House has ducted heating, split system air con, evaporative cooling, dishwasher and off street parking. It’s a large out door area that is quite open with two out door entertaining areas and it’s very private and lovely to look out across the road onto the reserve. Very peaceful with a beautiful old character charm as well as modern feel, fitted with modern furniture and decor.

$280 per week and bills split in half. Rent is paid each calendar month. Rent is exactly half of the rent for the house each. It’s more expensive as it will just be the two of us to share the house in half. And you will have use of the spare room as well, if you want to have your friends or family over sometimes (not for a party house) or a bit of extra storage or to put your desk in there to work from home if needed. It has a double bed set up for guests. Your room will be completely unfurnished.

I am also open to renting the other room out, which would mean $186 per week rent with bills split 3 ways. If you are only interested in a rental with just the two of us then I’m fine with that too
