Hey all!

We've got one bedroom available in a contemporary double-storey rear sub penthouse apartment in a boutique complex. Move-in date is May 7th (we can do earlier if needed). We're looking for a third housemate to join the lease, which runs through August 5th, 2026.

Note: This listing is advertised with the agent's approval. The successful applicant will go through the agency's application process to add to the lease.

I've furnished some of the common areas, though some items will be taken by outgoing housemates. You're welcome to bring your own furniture to set things up as you'd like.
