Description of the home

We have just secured a bright, cosy edwardian home in Elwood and are looking for a 3rd housemate in our 3 bed property. You would be living with Ben and Heather an Irish guy and Scottish girl, in their late 20's / early 30s, sociable and up for a laugh but equally happy to chill and looking for like minded person that would fit in the house. Both are WFH a couple days a week but there is plenty space if you need to set up too.

The house has all your standard facilities ie heating, aircon, washer, dryer but if you have any of your own furniture please feel free to bring. There is also a garage for parking.

The house is a 6 minute walk from Elwood Village including some great coffee spots, a dangerously good bakery and a lively pub full of friendly locals. Elwood Beach is a stone throw away and we're a 10 minute walk from Acland St in St Kilda!

The room is 4.5m x 5m also with built in wardrobes and a bed with a memory foam mattress. The rest of the house is fully furnished. Happy to arrange a viewing for anyone who's keen.

Rent is 355/week, excluding bills.
