Hi, I’m Dee, I work full-time in sustainability/ renewable energy.
Relaxed & happy for flatmates to be their own persons / cooking / food etc not looking for new 'besties' rather chill people to share a very big house.
Share with - black cat, who isn't mine but thinks he lives here (true) a small fluffy dog + old lady staffy.
No requirement for any garden maintenance or as a pet minding service - this is all well under control.
Just be respectful of boundaries & security (house, pets, us).

Would ideally like to share with people who respects boundaries, are open minded but understands for security - not to bring randoms home every weekend... I work full/time corporate but love to entertain at home (fairly regular Sunday bbq lunch/ family dinners). Granny flat is quite separate the only communal space is really the kitchen, laundry w 2nd toilet. Shower + bath. Share a chat -- social is cool but don't need to cook together etc Would like to be friends who share a house; rather than strangers that pass each other in the hall.
