Home Description
Description of the home
Fully furnished Room/s for rent in a very spacious share house. The owner keeps residence on the property.
Note 2 room are currently available. One with a king single bed, ( the option to swap it for a queen).
The other is a larger room. See the images for a visual description..
The room/s have robes and come bed, ( option to bring own furniture), bedding, dresser, desk, shelving stand, and an optional bar fridge. * Decorative items in the images are for display purposes only but can remain if you do choose🤗
The room/s are situated in the front wing of the house which has a large adjoining living room, that is fully furnished for use.* Pls note the image for this room needs updating as it has a newer couch, tv stand and some exercise equipment for use.
The bathroom is shared at that wing of the house, and comes with the use of it's spa bath.
The house also has a large open plan kitchen ( fully equiped with a shared fridge) dining and living area. The adjoining laundry has a 7kg washing machine and no-one has ever had an issue not being able to get laundry done.
The house has a large backyard, with all the garden maintenance being managed by the owner.
The house has 4.5 off street car spaces.
The owner has 2 small dogs on the property.
The address is across the road from a park, 300mts from public transport and 1km from the local school. Woolworths and local cafes are a 3 min drive./15min bike ride.
The house has central heating and cooling. The hot water is instant, endless.
The rent is usually paid fortnightly with a 4 week bond. The lease is flexible but I prefer long term tenants 6 months plus. 4 weeks notice for vacating to return bond in full. Utilities Water, Gas, Electricity, waste management and high speed internet is inclusive. No groceries are included but cleaning products are ( excluding laundry supplies ). Toilet paper is also supplied.
Again, the owner keeps to herself, works long hours and is a yoga, art, food and excercise fanatic, with home being a peaceful retreat.
Social invites (including sleepovers) are welcome but the lease is for a single per room.
There is absolutely no smoking inside the house (if you smoke on occasion it's stricktly outside and butts disposed of thoughtfully)
Cleaning up after yourself is expected. This includes bathroom, toilet, shower, vanity. Kitchen. And your own room. A cleaner is not supplied as in a hotel.

Bills and expenses
Rent is person inclusive of bills but subject to inflation at 6 month intervals. I have tried to keep costs low but inflation has meant I have to be realistic.

I work 6 days a week and long hours.
Other tenants are kind lovely and empathetic souls. my younger quiet teenager will also stay over some weekends and some school holidays.
