Agreements are conditional and may include limited flexibility based on individual circumstances.

It is not a hotel, Airbnb, or rooming house.
Leases under six months are considered only with clear conditions.
Bathroom, living areas, and appliances are shared.
Day to day cleanliness and care are expected and your responsibility.
Exterior maintenance is included in rent.
Cleaning products are supplied.
Personal items such as toiletries, laundry products, and toilet paper are not.
Previous tenants have chosen to run a shared kitty for common items.

Leases are for one person per room.
If you have a partner or dependent, a second room is required.
