This place is 3 stories and very spacious!! There are 2 balconies, with the top floor one having city and expansive suburb views. A 2min walk to shops, cinemas, and public transport.
Plenty of storage. I've set up the ground level lounge with sofa's, large screen TV, Pool table, large mirror and rug, that make the place feel homely.

The middle level has 3 bedrooms, one of which is the Master with ensuite. The top floor is used as a bedroom for 50% of the time but there is access to the balcony.

I'm a single dad to 2 girls who are here 60% of the time. Other times they're with grand parents. Unfortunately we lost their mum to Cancer 2 years ago hence the living situation. So Im after someone(s) to assist in paying the bills and makin life easier. My girls are respectful and quiet most of the time. However PS5 time.may make them a little excited haha. 21 and 12 are their respective ages.

You have full use of all my stuff in this well furshied house. All I ask is to be respectful of my property and to.live clean and tidy and play your part in maintaining the shared living spaces.

Bills and expenses
