Description of the home

The room is suitable for a female only. I live with my 2 kids so if you don’t like kids might not be for you but if you like kids; perfect! You will have your own room; complete privacy that way. The rest of the house we will be sharing. There is also wifi included, a flatscreen tv with Netflix etc in lounge room. There is a great heating system in the lounge that fills the whole house with warmth. Your room will be furnished with a double sized velvet pink bed (frame is pink). The room will come with drawers and I can also provide a clothes rack if you need. It’s a decent sized room, not to big, not to small.

Located in Dandenong north; central to most places, if you drive you will see it’s situated not far at all from almost anywhere. There are also lots of bus stops along the street, just a 2 min walk, & it heads to Dandenong station.

While you live with me, make yourself at home feel relaxed and free, but please provide your own food and clean up your own dishes in your own time :) I think this room is perfect for a student or someone just moving out as bed & cupboards etc are all provided as needed :) the loungeroom is very comfortable; wifi and tv can be utilised. Clothes washer and dryer also available to use. The backyard is very spacious
