There are 2 living areas so we can each have our space . There is also an undercover deck area which you can set up to suit you as I dont really use it . The laundry has a 2nd toilet so I was thinking you could have that space set up to suit your bathroom needs and then we share the shower. I also have a portable bath which works really well in the space when needed.
There is a single car garage which I am happy for you to use and I will park on street. Effectively you would have one side of house (the rear) and I would have front. Kitchen and shower would be shared.
Super close to everything Croydon has to offer - walking distance to train and buses and lots of parks nearby as well as shops. Single level living

Modern clean 2 bedroom home at front of sub-divided block. Single storey with a small private courtyard you can call your own. Well appointed kitchen - I have most things. I have a small bar style fridge you can use or there is space to put a larger fridge if you have a fridge. Happy to allocate a shelf in main fridge but if you are someone one who needs more space we can work something out. I am not against buying a bigger fridge if needed.

You would need your own lounge for your living area as well as your own bedroom furniture There is a dining table currently but I am trying to sell so a smaller one can be put there. If you have your own I will try to find somewhere to store this one or sell it cheap to get it out of area.
Great location - near Dorset Rd, off Hull Rd.

I don’t socialise a lot so am pretty quiet and am a bit of a homebody. Happy to be social or keep to myself. I work full time. Looking for employed single person to share with.

I am looking for a mature easy going person who will do their bit to keep house and yard neat and tidy. It would be great if we could socialise a bit and share the occasional meal but it is more important that we both respect each others space and privacy. We can work out together what works best for both of us. Preferably no pets but that depends on the pet. Ideally you would have a full time job and not entertain too much. Having said that you will have your own space to entertain friends and they are welcome as long as they too are considerate of my presence and belongings.
