Modern, excellently located apartment in the heart of Richmond. Five minute walk to both Swan Street and Bridge Road, and about a ten minute walk to Richmond Station.

The apartment is on the ground floor and has an outdoor area, and there is a secure car park available with a storage cage.

Bills will be split equally and are not included in the rent, internet is NBN.

It's not a huge apartment so the need to be respectful and mindful of each other's space is important.

Also, you will have to be a dog person as I co-parent a very friendly golden retriever who will be living with me some of the time.
