Amazing 3-story townhouse only a short walk to the MCG, Gosch’s Paddock, Rod Laver and the Botanical Gardens/Tan with so many elite coffee locations nearby. The location and house itself is honestly incredible and the vacant rooms are only due to both existing housemate moving in with their respective girlfriends (they’re good mates and are both happy to get in touch with anyone applying). An absolute steal!

Easy access to the city via train/tram only a few stops outside the free tram zone and one stop by train from Flinders St Station (I walk to work in the city and it’s less than a 30min walk to Flinders St).

House is fully furnished except for the bedrooms, including a washing machine, large TV in the living room, couches and decked out balcony.

Bedrooms have plenty of space, the balcony is on the third floor and provides a great view of the city. There is space for a desk in the bedrooms but we also have a desk set up upstairs that will be vacant for anyone wishing to WFH.

The house is a short walk to Swan St (less than 5 minutes) but far enough back that noise isn’t an issue. There are permits available for on street parking.
