I’m a friendly and easy-going person looking to rent out a room in my 3-bedroom home. I work and study from home, so I appreciate a peaceful, clean, and respectful environment. I'm currently studying software development and AI, and I also perform part-time as a singer at local gigs, so music is a big part of my life (don’t worry—nothing loud at home!).

I’m clean, tidy, and mindful of shared spaces. I enjoy a good chat but also value downtime and personal space. Ideal housemate would be someone who's mature, reliable, and enjoys a calm, friendly vibe at home. Bonus if you’re creative or into holistic wellness (yoga, meditation etc), but not essential!

The other housemate is a friendly, easy-going French guy in his 40s. He’s a programmer who mostly works from home, and when he’s not on his computer, he’s usually at the gym — almost daily! He also travels overseas for work around six months of the year, so you'll have the main bathroom to yourself during that time.

For me, a good flatmate is someone who’s respectful, clean, and easy to communicate with. I really value a calm, drama-free home where everyone pulls their weight with shared spaces and chores.
