Home Description
Description of the home
Room; the bedroom is on the small side. You can fit a queen size bed, but you would need a small bedside table as the gap to the door is only 34cms. The mattress shown in the images is available for use, but note this is also listed for sale on other sites
There is plenty of wardrobe space in the room with additional storage in the living area.
Bathroom: you would have the bathroom facilities for your private use. However this bathroom is also where the washing machine and dyer live so I would still need access to it.
Living area; for a city fringe apartment it is of a decent size. The apartment does over look a main road so it can be a bit noisy with the windows open when you are trying to watch tv.
Building; there is no pool or gym like in those more fancy buildings, but it is quiet. I rarely hear other residents
WFH: there isn’t an obvious space for a desk, but I am happy to re arrange furniture to fit one in.
Location; 5mim walk to Woolworths and a short tram ride to Victoria Gardens or the city. There is a servo, McDonalds and pub across the street.
Transport; number 12 and 109 tram stops across the street. And North Richmond train station a 2 min walk

I have lived in this apartment for over 4 years, it’s a great location and very quiet.
I am a bit of a homebody, very quiet during the week and a low key weekend. I spend most of my time with my lovely dog Poppy
She is a dog so there will be some barking, but this is not excessive and she will stop after 30 sec or so.
