Not to mention, we are in an UberEats delivery area with a GREAT range of choice! 2 Pools close by (one open air, and one heated indoor (and a Gym in this complex as well), which is open all year). There's also a great pizza shop and burger place within walking distance, and an American Candy Store has just opened (if that's your thing) and a great local Dentist as well.

Steadily increasing library of TV and movies available to watch via WiFi or to TV's via inhouse media server as well.

About occupants
My name is Matt... Work in the software industry as a Senior Product and Technical Specialist. I work mainly from home, with the occasional day in the office.

I am easy to get along with, and enjoy TV, Movies and listening to music. I am a big geek at heart so do a lot of internet/computer based stuff while at home. Also run my own web/IT business from home so keeps my busy. Not a big party animal, and when I do go out, its usually out with friends for BBQ's, Theatre especially Musical Theatre etc.

Like things kept neat and clean - but not the point of being Obsessive/Compulsive.
Compatible people
Someone who is easy going, who enjoys a good laugh, is clean and neat, and respects other people's privacy and property. Someone who is happy to go about their own lives quite happily, but not adverse to a good yak when crossing paths.
Description of pets
I have two cats,
Bailey who doesn't like to share me, or the house with other animals - other people he can handle (usually), although he is a bit timid - so isn't really a fan of loud noises etc. He did ironically accept Tommy, my second cat.
Tommy - he moved in here when next door neighbours moved in, but never really looked after him. They've since moved away, and Tommy is still here. He's a sweet character. loves a pat when it suits him, and loves rubbing up against people when he warms to them - starting to get a little more cuddly too. Tommy is a domestic long hair, so he does shed a bit.
