We are a couple living in the bungalow at the rear of the property, and currently seeking a female housemate to share with other female housemates, who is tidy, clean and respectful to other housemates’ privacy. The house is female only. The room advertised is recently fully renovated, very large (4.3m x 3.8 m) with newly built wardrobes guaranteeing plenty of storage. The front garden view from the open big window provides calming and relaxing atmosphere while securing privacy for study or relaxing.
A pergola in the back garden offers entertaining space where you can also relax yourself.
The house is very clean and located in a quiet and safe area, 2 minutes’ walk to the nearest tram stop No.1 and takes only 25 mins to travel to the city. Just one street away, the bus is available and stops near Coburg station in around 5 minutes. The tram No 19 is also available within 10-12 minutes walking.
Our house is female only, Not a Party house, suitable for someone who wants to enjoy living in a calm, quiet environment or, a perfect study environment.
