Myself and Jaagup are looking for a third housemate to be part of the team!

We're in an amazing house perfect for creatives and green thumbs! Just 300m from the best part of Merri creek with a giant backyard, the largest veggie patch in town and an amazing fully soundproofed music/jam room/theatre in the garage.

This place is perfect for entertaining with luxurious high ceilings, several communal hangout areas and great spaces to get the most out of whatever you are into. There is a nice, spacious kitchen with loads of storage that opens onto the lounge room that features air con, a great sound system, tv and a bad ass couch!

The house is situated just a 2 min walk from the 1 tram on a nice quiet street, a nice retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The available room is Room number 1 on the plan in the pics (4m x 3.7m). It's at the front of the house with the window opening onto the balcony.

We're looking for someone that's experienced with living the share house life, has a job, cleans up after themselves and is respecful of the house and other housemates. Maybe even someone who appreciates music and is down for having mates over for BBQs every now and then.
