The room has mirrored BIRs. It’s south facing but has large windows, lots of natural light and a garden view. On the middle floor of a triplex - ground floor has large common areas plus rear and front gardens w potential for veggies etc.. 100m from Quarry Park, 150m to Merri Creek, 300m to Yarra, Dights Falls and on to Yarra Bend, Studley Park etc..
The location is fabulous as the Merri Creek and Yarra Bend trails are a 2 min walk away with ovals and a great city view. Clifton Hill train station is also only a 10 min walk or 4 minute bike ride. We have a great local grocer the Flower of Sorrento which is a local institution - on the way from the station / 10 mins walk from the house.

Both respectful, positive, easy to get along with and occupied with work and personal interests and activities (music, dance, taking advantage of the great location of the house). Reluctantly saying goodbye to Naoka who’s going back to Japan and before that Zali who has also been great to live with.
We tend to do our own thing most of the time in the house re cooking, etc but enjoy the communal vibe when we’re around at the same time. A harmonious, happy house in a great area.
There has always been a gender balance in the house in its current set up, so normally looking for a female housemate.
