Description of the home

The best feature about this property is easily the private patio! The living space is also really bright and airy since it gets tons of natural light. The bedrooms have all had new carpet installed in November so the place honestly feels brand new. All the bedrooms also have massive built-in wardrobes. Although the bathroom is shared between another housemate, you are provided with your own sink/mirror and lots of storage space (great if you have lots of skincare or cosmetics!!) The kitchen has been so fun to cook up new recipes in as well and has stainless steel appliances. There are so many amenities that come with this property like the pool, tennis court, and a BBQ area. This apartment is also super safe since it's entry via keycard only. It's an M-City apartment so of course, comes with access to M-City. Very convenient to just pop down to Woolies or Kmart!! Plus bubble tea :)

Bills are divided by the amount of housemates in the house. It is generally $89 per month for all bills.
