Located on the quiet residential street off Cavanagh in Cheltenham, the place is tidy and clean with close proximity to cafes, public transport, beaches, golf courses and local shops (e.g. IGA, southland shopping centre).

All the bedrooms including the advertised room are situated upstairs with a good-sized shared bathroom between you and another tenant. Downstairs is the open plan living with a modern kitchen well-equipped with home appliances, a laundry room and a powder room. The place also has a rear courtyard connected right to an undercover garage for your secure car parking. There is also a plenty of on-street parking too.
