This unit is close to Cheltenham station with it just being a 7 minute walk (though i have tiny legs so its probably 5 mins). It is very close to Charman rd which has many shops, restaurants and cafes.
Southland shopping centre is just a 5 minute drive away (or 20 minute walk).
We have 3 big supermarkerts all under 10 minutes away (driving).
There is a bike path close to the house so you can go for walks or bike rides.
