House is fully furnished other than the bedroom that you would be moving into
The property has a big outdoor deck, with a kitchen bar opening out onto the deck. A small study is set up if you are working from home. Lots of natural light and quite cool in summer. The bedroom has a ceiling fan as well. Reverse cycle cooling and heating in the living room. Bedroom size is 3.3 x 3.3. Plenty of parking available in the street, no limits or restrictions.
The house is the back of 3 units in the block, a 15 mins walk to the beach and Chelsea shops, and the train station. Easy access to the Frankston freeway and Dingley bypass. Opposite Bicentennial park and there are heaps of great walking and riding trails nearby.
