Short or Long Term Available - Preference is single 'grown' women due to cleanliness requirements. Sorry guys - its a pattern I've noticed.

Only 3 bedrooms - so 2 housemates only.

We have a bike available for your use, and great bike paths nearby: 25-35 minutes by Bike to Monash University campusses, 15 minutes to Deakin University, 10 minutes walk to Holmesglen College Tafe.
Nestled in between Ashburton, Oakleigh, Malvern and Glen Waverley - this is an ideal location:
Holmesglen Train station 10 min walk (Zone 1 - 30 minutes to city) and the bus stop (Bus 903 and 624),
Shops, Cafes and Restaurants, Malvern Valley Golf Course, Parks with wonderful walking, bike tracks, (Gardiners Creek Trail and Scotchmans Creek Trail)
Many sporting facilities and grounds (Many Gyms, Oakleigh and Ashburton Pool, Glen Waverley 'Falcons' basketball, cricket and soccer oval, "The Harlequins" rugby club, and hockey fields all within 10 minutesโ walk).
The fashion capital "Chadstone Shopping Centre" is just down the road (2 bus stops) as is the easy entrance/exit to the Monash freeway - both Chapel St vicinity and the City are only a 20-30 minute drive (non-peak hour) away.
The Matthew Flinders pub is at the end of the street, and a milk bar, fish and chips shop and Silver Linings Cafe is on the corner. A few supermarkets and late-night food in the area.

Absolutely No dogs on the sofa and No indoor smoking (there is one outdoor smoker on the veranda)
Pay your rent/bills on time and clean up after yourself - weekly cleaning roster.
Dogs are considered/welcome.
To manage your expectations: This is not a brand new home, its an older unrenovated home; for us its more about 'the vibes' and sharing with good people - building community
Meet and greet/interview required to ensure the right fit - Also can do a whatsapp interview / Inspection.

Bills and expenses
$280/week rent plus bills (Gas, Power, Water, Super-fast Internet NBN 750, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Outdoor Spa, lawn mowed)
To move in we require. Bond: $1120 upfront (4 weeks and 4 weeks notice required) + rent is payable up to the 14th of the month and or bills until the 1st of the month.
Monthly rent due on 14th ($1213.33) Bills Due on the 1st of each month ($250/$295 - 3 ways ie 3 people in the house) seasonable adjustment / usage monitored.
NOTE : if a couple is considered - an extra $20 per week for the room and the bills get split 4 ways. A contract can be drafted up.
