Hello!
We’re on the hunt for a single or couple to fill a room in our cosy Chadstone abode, available now!
We’re a 15 min walk away from Jordanville station and a 6 min drive from Chadstone shopping centre. On and off-street parking is available. The neighbourhood is quiet, safe and friendly. We love it here!
THE HOUSE:
*Relatively* recently-renovated 3x1 with dishwasher (!!), new gas oven/cooktop, stainless steel appliances, clothes dryer, big back and front yard with a little porch. Great bones to jazz up the common areas as you please. We get beautiful natural light throughout the place at different times of the day. Split aircon in the living room.
There's room for additional furniture or décor if you have any and plentiful storage with a lockable shed and 2 car garage (which you can also use half of for whatever you may need). Veggie garden is a work in progress as well as the gardens and lawns. There’s a shared study room space you’re welcome to add a desk in or work out of if needed. Bedroom comes unfurnished.

🌻 Sachi, Apollo and Zelda are our furry freeloaders. They enjoy sunbathing, birdwatching, afternoon naps and violently attacking small soft toys.
You’re a bit house proud, you want to contribute to the house, both in keeping it clean and making it feel homey. You’re looking for somewhere to settle for a while. You’re an animal lover, but don’t own a pet.
You would hope it goes without saying that homophobia, racism, and exclusionary dialogue doesn’t have a place in this house.
