THE HOUSE

Art deco house with lots of light and space, fully furnished. Currently has 2 female housemates in their 20’s and early 30's. Looking for another friendly, clean and respectful female housemate to share it with.

It's conveniently located off North Road, walking to train station, 2 stops to Monash Caulfield, 20min by train to Melbourne CBD. Bus 630 right outside the house direct to Monash Clayton or Brighton Beach. Walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants, cool cafes, KFC, banks, post office, etc.

Very large backyard including timber decking and outdoor table & chairs. Separate laundry, fireplace in the lovely shared living room, polished timber floor, large garden shed.

HOUSE SHARE

Split water, electricity and gas. (These add up to average ~$20 per person per week). Unlimited free wi-fi.
