We have a room available in our lovely 2-bedroom 2-bathroom apartment in Caulfield North for $350/week (bills not included). The apartment is super well-located – just a short walk to the train station, multiple tram stops, Coles right behind the building, and only 2 minutes walk from Caulfield Park. There are also gyms nearby, cafes etc.

You’d be living with myself 26yo, my partner 29yo, and our little dog Pingo 🥹 We’re a chill, tidy couple who work and study full time. We really value a peaceful and clean space. We’ve been living here for the past 3 years and really love our space so we’re looking for someone that is respectful and also likes things to be clean and organised.
